Material
We always welcome custom production of wood working products according to buyer request and specification (must provide picture/sketch and dimension details)
Mahogany (Swietenia sp); Teak (Tectona grandis); Rattan; Water Hyacinth, Sea Grass and Banana Leaf;
The wood we use is plantation-grown, closely monitored and harvested by Perum Perhutani, the Indonesian government agency who is responsible for reforestation in Indonesia. We properly treat and kiln-dry our timber to minimize major problems like cracking, warping, and insect attacks. Moisture Content Max: 14% for Mahogany and 16% for Teak.
Choice of Packaging System
Depending on the items, we can ship the items fully assembled, CKD, or Knocked Down. The items normally come in single face paper wrapped. We can also ship items in carton box with additional cost.
Production Capacity and Lead Time
Average of 10 x 40’ containers/month. To produce 1 x 40’ container order, we would need at least 40 days of production time. For 2 x 40’ orders and more, the first 60 days will be set aside for the mass start-up production period. The period following the start-up will then be effective for shipment to meet the monthly target number.

Methods of Payment
• A 100 % irrevocable Letter of Credit (L/C), drafted at sight.
• Telegraphic Transfer (TT). A minimum of 30% initial deposit is required to start the production of each container order. Orders will be produced immediately upon receiving the deposit in our bank. The rest of the payment must be remitted at most one week after loading.
